We stayed 1 night here, even so it was a fine experience. Fantastic, spotless rooms, could use a fridge, coffee and tea making equipment, and a work desk. Had walk-in showers in good bathroom. Incredible location just off the city centre, the very pleasant and picturesque campus of Exeter U, the train station and the centre.

the bedroom is good sized, the bed is reasonably large and soft. incredible swimming pool. the place is just next door to - picturesque campus of exeter u and city centre, even so the region is unattractive.
